About the Founder
Founded by Allison Metelow, MS, RDN, SNS, a Registered Dietitian, School Nutrition Specialist, and ServSafe Instructor/Proctor, WellNourishED combines nutrition expertise with real-world school food service experience. With nearly a decade of school food service experience and a background in health and wellness management, Allison helps districts navigate USDA requirements while elevating the quality and efficiency of their programs.
